1. Accounts & access

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for your users’ compliance with these terms.

2. Acceptable use

• No unlawful content, malware, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• No reverse engineering, circumventing security, or misusing resource limits.
• Respect data ownership: you must have rights to files you upload and process.

3. Customer data & files

• You retain ownership of your data and files processed through FileFeed.
• We process data as your service provider to deliver ingestion, validation, and delivery you configure.
• Retention of uploaded files follows your workspace settings; you can delete data or request deletion.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard controls including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, monitoring, and backups. You are responsible for securing your endpoints and access tokens.

5. Availability & support

• We aim for high availability; planned maintenance will be communicated when possible.
• Support is provided via the channels on our website; response times may vary by plan.

6. Payment

• Paid plans are billed per the pricing you select; fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

FileFeed is provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for how you use outputs in your systems.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using FileFeed at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to comply with law. Upon termination you should export and delete your data; we will handle remaining data per our retention commitments.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
